One Money Mail Limited, has been operating on the money transfer market for over 20 years, making the lives of Poles abroad easier every day.
Founded in 2004, One Money Mail Ltd was born out of a recognized market need for reliable and trustworthy financial transfer services between the UK and Poland.
We have been offering services to Poles in the UK for 20 years. We have over 400,000 individual customers (Sami Swoi Przekazy Pieniężne) and over 2,000 business customers (Sami Swoi Premium). We make sure that each of our brands represents the highest level of service and safety in its sector.
One Money Mail Limited, is incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 05031907) with its registered office at 60 The Mall, Ealing Broadway, London, W5 3TA.
One Money Mail Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Authorised Electronic Money Institution (Firm Reference Number: 900150) Since 19/04/2018.
Safeguarding of Customer Funds
In accordance with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011, the Payment Services Regulations 2017, and the FCA's safeguarding requirements, One Money Mail Ltd safeguards relevant customer funds received in exchange for electronic money and/or for the execution of payment transactions.
“Relevant funds” are held separately from the Firm's own funds in designated safeguarding accounts maintained with authorised credit institutions. These safeguarding arrangements are designed to protect customer funds in the event of the Firm's insolvency and to ensure that such funds are not used for the Firm's operational purposes.
One Money Mail Ltd maintains safeguarding systems, controls, reconciliations, and oversight processes in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and FCA guidance.

Funds held with One Money Mail Ltd are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
